It just means you are in moderation and the comment will appear if it is approved. You may want to choose a more unique nickname, not sure that your generic one will pass moderation.
There are two main types of notifications portfolio and author.
Under both of those tabs in the app there are edit buttons containing notification tabs. If you disable notifications for all tickers and all authors, it will turn off the default of enabling notifications for all tickers and authors you follow from now on respectively. If you simply want to disable all notifications, you can do that from your phone settings.

It looks like you chose the option to "hide" your email address from us.
Most likely when you bought those services you did not hide your email address, so now we can't find you. Please log out and log in with the email on which you purchased the services.
The reason this happened is because you were logged in with a different email address than what you are logged in with now. Simply log out and log in with your previous email address. Good luck.
