I only see you are following 4 authors ?  Do you have more than one account?

We do synchronize, but you need to login with EXACTLY the same email on all devices, otherwise we cannot sync them.

When you logged in the first time and saved portfolios and purchased premium,  did you tell Apple to hide your email from us ?  or only this time ?  If you hide your email from us, then we will have a very difficult time identifying you.  Since I see that you did hide your email this time, perhaps you didn't last time.  Please try to uninstall the app and reinstall and login with your real email and we might be able to find your subscription that way.

Log in to the app with EXACTLY the same SA user email with which you purchased it on your other device. Also, you need to be logged into the same Apple ID on both devices (unless you purchased it on a desktop)


If you chose to do a register/ login with Apple and you also chose the option to hide your email from Seeking Alpha when you registered (not recommended),  you can try to also hide your email on your iPad when you login to Seeking Alpha.  If Apple is doing this correctly, they will send us the same "hidden" email for you, and we will be able to connect your two accounts.  If Apple sends us different emails, we will not be able to link them. 

It would also help if you specified whether you are having this problem on your desktop, your iPhone or iPad.

The number of comments is meant to show whether the user whose comments you are reading, is a particularly active commenter or not, the number updates itself periodically.   Also, you might still be in moderation if you are a new commenter, we protect our comment community from abuse to try and keep our comment stream on a professional level.


I am not an expert in the chat system, but you can try to view the "Threads" and search for ones you are "Following" as shown below.

I cant reproduce your problem.  I pressed add and it appeared at the top like normal.  Could you please try to kill the app and restart and send me a screenshot if the problem is still there.  Thanks!
