Please try it in regular chrome. If it still doesn't work please disable all chrome plugins and try again.

Try the muting function in the drop down  menu on the comment.  Available now on the website and will be available in the app later this year

Most likely it means you exceeded the number of stocks you can add, try to remove some that you are not watching any more and see if you can add more.

When you comment on an article, you receive a site notification when any other comment is written on the article.  If you subscribe to the Activity Alerts email, you will receive a daily email with new comments.   https://seekingalpha.com/account/user_settings

The coverage tab is just aggregating all the author ratings mentioned above and provides a chart on how it may have changed over time.

Do you see this when you log in or when you visit the site and are already logged in ?  Do you see this multiple times in the same day ?
