I cant find an existing user with that name or email.  Please go to the home page, press sign in/register in the upper right corner and find the "forgot Password" button in the sign in screen.  If you no longer have access to the email you originally registered with, pls create a new account.

I was able to edit holdings on my portfolio on  IE 11 without any problem.  Please post some screenshots demonstrating the problem since I may have not  have done the edits the same way that you did, or I may spot some other anomaly in your portfolio which will help me understand the problem

Try to clear out your browser cache and update your browser, Chat loads for me in Firefox 60.0.2.  Do you have any plug-ins which might conflict ?
