We are considering getting rid of the password  altogether and using the email to  log users in directly.  For now, if you want to change the password, use the Seeking Alpha web site and do forgot password there.

PRO is only monthly billing. PRO+ has monthly or annual billing.  Please let us know if you saw annual for PRO anywhere so we can correct it.

Hi JensBe, I believe your cancellation was made on the first day of the new billing period when your bill was already auto-generated and submitted, and this is why you were billed after the cancellation.   Please submit a request for a refund in writing to subscriptions@seekingalpha.com with the pertinent details.

We have a problem now with articles getting truncated.  Our team is working on fixing it now.

I am trying to understand why this happened.  Do you remember if you once disabled notifications for this app in your phone and enabled them again ?  

If you are an existing Seeking Alpha user and you have portfolios, you must enter your correct email when you sign in to the app, in order to synchronize your app portfolios with the web site.   If you make a typo in your email, the app will assume you are a new user and will register you from scratch.   This is not a problem, just remove the app and reinstall it, and this time enter your correct email. 

I see it in my account.  It is because you are logged in with the same account.


It should appear under the analysis tab as one of the items in the menu.

Thanks for the heads up, I changed the ticker from NVGN to KZIA but it may take some time until the search picks up the change.
