Hi RMaxM and anyone else on this thread.   We believe this issue is related to ads specifically on Edge and maybe Internet Explorer 11, but we cannot reproduce it in our offices, and there are many ads that you may be seeing that we are not, depending on the region you are in..

It would be extremely helpful if you could post screenshots of the ads that you are seeing while you reproduce the problem, and help us pin it down.  Thanks, Jacob

Not sure, I checked your account with the latest version of Firefox and it worked fine.  My Firefox just updated itself to version 69, but you are still on version 56 which is 2 years old already.

If this problem persists, I suggest that you first update your browser and try to disable any plug-ins to see if that might be affecting the site,  Good luck.

Hi, the problem is that when you block cookies, you look like a Bot.   Bots hammer our servers and cause other problems by acting maliciously and spamming which affects our performance for you and all of our users, so we need to detect them and block them.  Captcha is one tool that we use to do this.   I appreciate that you want to run your browser at a very high security level and block cookies and javascript etc and that is your choice, however, please understand that we need to optimize our environment to support the overwhelming majority of internet users who utilize the default browser security, and we need to protect our business from malicious actors.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
