There are certain tickers which cause the current version of the app to crash, for example ELLXF, SDC

As a workaround, please add the ticker to your portfolio using a browser and log into our new mobile web.

Sorry, we do not support this yet in the mobile web, but we will soon.  In the interim, please navigate to the desktop user settings and enter your display name there (you can even do this on the mobile device).

That is strange but do a "pull to refresh", and you will see it is really not there.

We no longer show a real number on the icon, only 1 if there is something new that came in since the last time you opened the app.

Are you saying that the "1" does not clear when you enter the app ?

Are you using the iPhone app or the website ?  It looks like you are using the iPhone app but you replied to a website issue.

secondly, your email domain is in our system as icoud.com.  

Any chance you mistyped your email ?

To fix it, you can go to the website and edit your email, the settings is not yet available on the iPhone app.
